A non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your final bill.
48 hours notice will be required to cancel your appointment to avoid any disappointment or the forfeiting of your booking fee.
Should you ‘no show’ or miss from a pre-paid course it will be deducted from the remaining balance.
If more than 48 hours notice is given you may move the booking fee to secure another appointment.
